
Accessing Courses
You can change your password by going to the login page and signing in. Go to My Profile>Edit Profile. Scroll all the way to the bottom.
Right above the save button, click on change password and type in your new information.
You can retrieve your login/username by clicking on the Contact User at the top right corner of the screen. Send us an email with your first and last name.
We will email you with your userid and password.
You can retrieve your password by going to the login page and clicking Forgot your password?. Type in your username and click Continue. Your password will be immediately sent to the email address you originally registered with.
Communities
The right side of the Community page displays members who are currently online viewing the page (under Viewing the Community) as well as all
Community members (under Member Wall). To establish contact, you will need to send a friend request to a member and he/she must accept you as a friend
in order to communicate. In the Member Wall section, click on a member, then click on the person icon to the right of their name to send the friend request.
Once the member accepts, you may view their profile page and become a part of their learning network and vice-vers
All registered Community members can participate in the Forum by submitting entries or replies to previously posted entries. You do not have to
purchase a course to participate in the Forum.
The Protocol Institute Community is a private community that can only be accessed by registered users. The contents of this Community, including
forum topics and discussions, do not appear on any internet search engine results.
Course Offerings
When you purchase our courses, you agree to our Terms and Conditions, which states that you may not share your access or distribute any content
contained within these courses to anyone other than yourself.
Unfortunately, our courses cannot be downloaded or saved but can only be viewed online. Our eLearning courses reside in a Learning Management
System that is accessible only online. Keep in mind you have unlimited access tothe courses for 6 months after your purchase date.
Our eLearning courses are available for 6 months after the date of purchase. You can login and take the course as many times as you'd like during
this 6 month period.
Click on the course title or image and you will be taken to the Course page that provides a full description of the course, including the length.
My Profile Page
The Protocol Institute site allows you to set up your social media links within your learning environment so that you never have to leave the site to
stay updated. To set up your social media links, go to My Profile>Edit Profile, scroll to the bottom, set up your networks, and click save.
Once a member denies your friend request, the system will not allow you to send another friend request until that member deletes the denied request in
My Profile>Friends>Manage Denied Requests.
Only registered Community members whom you've sent a friend request to and have accepted (or vice-versa) can view your Profile Page.
